How can I keep my WhatsApp number?
No setup is needed to keep your WhatsApp number. When you activate one of our eSIMs, your WhatsApp phone number stays the same.
How long does it take to activate the eSIM?
Once the QR code is received and scanned, activation takes less than a minute. Remember that you need to be connected to the Internet, whether through a Wi-Fi connection at home or at the hotel, to activate the eSIM.
When do the validity days of my eSIM start counting?
The validity of your eSIM starts counting from the first connection made to the network in the selected country or destination. As a result, you can activate your eSIM before starting your trip with no problem.
Can I use my physical SIM or my local eSIM together with the eSIM?
Yes, you can keep your physical SIM or your local eSIM and use an eSIM at the same time, but you should pay attention to switching data usage to the newly installed line.
How do I delete an eSIM from my device?
When you are done with the eSIM, you can go to your device settings and delete it, if you wish. Depending on your device model, you can have up to 20 eSIMs saved.
